Mentoring as a tool towards empowerment for young women: PWA MILAN involvement with TOP European Business Schools
25 international MBA students selected from three top tier European Business Schools (SDA BOCCONI, INSEAD and VLERICK) and representing 20 different nationalities are taking part in a six months mentoring program in order to learn how to design and develop their career.
They are supported by high profile professional women mentors and will work in groups based on sector of interest.

In addition to the mentoring groups, students will have the opportunity to participate in webinar discussions with two “Super mentors”, senior ladies with a peculiar background and career who will share their experience and advice: Simonetta Di Pippo and Lucrezia Reichlin.
The MBA mentoring program is just the first phase of the wider Me-Totem Project (Mentoring as a tool towards Empowerment), developed by PWA Milan and co-financed by the European Commission.
This project falls into the “Equality in Economic Decision Making” area of the EU Commission commitment towards gender balance.
Me-Totem is structured in three main Workstreams impacting women at various stages of their leadership journey:
– Workstream 1: C-Suite/Executive women development
– Workstream 2: Cross-european, cross-company executive mentoring and diversity management Lab
– Workstream 3: MBA mentoring program
